every monday i go to a family practice clinic.. and every wednesday i get sick. this week i held out till friday. i'm so careful with washing my hands and got my flu shot, but to no avail. booooooooo.. sniffle.

| and i'm no longer up to date on bleach and naruto anime!
hahaha...i'm really behind in everything. it's taking me a whole day to write up a patient case report. rgh..so much work.
i know i really blessed though. med school's getting better. especially because i leave every
chance i get!
i went up to the poconos for our succoth holiday last
week and had the best time--hiking, picnicking in the promised land, antique shopping, and...having the BEST time at the shooting range!
so, i'm never going bowling again. here's my thought--if i'm in some isolated area of the country where bowling seems like the best option, (ahem. new jersey.) there must also be a shooting range nearby. and for non-athletic sports, shooting is way cooler than donning those grimy, florescent, lysol-stained shoes and shuffling towards the lanes. also, Will has a freakish natural talent at shooting, so i need to improve my game. let's go!
girls are supposed to be better than guys at shooting handguns, but i wasn't that great. almost all of my shots were within the innermost circle and one hit dead center and took the X out, but the handguns all felt heavy so i had trouble aiming. i was much better with the CAR-1 rifle and AR-15 rifle (because it had a bipod) and even beat out Will for accuracy. yeah! the shooting range was outdoors and up in the poconos, so it had a great backdrop of mountains too. and you'd expect the guys who worked there to be gross and machismo-y, but they were the most down-to-earth, cool people.
guess where the next bridal shower i plan's gonna be?? =P heheh...

| i'm up to date with bleach anime and naruto manga! it's really good that now i'm limited to watching and reading only one per week.
i still can't see how i could watch football though... not even giants games. =( boo...i'm glad i didn't watch this weekend's game.
i think that actively ignoring things is making school more bearable for me.
